How do I prep for lash extensions?
Please arrive to your appointment with no eye makeup on. Dress comfy + feel free to bring a pair of headphones to doze off to your fav playlist or podcast!
How do I prep for a sunless spray tan?
Spray tans are 25% spray tan artist, 75% prep/aftercare! Please be sure to prep your skin properly by exfoliating at least 24 hours before your session. All shaving and/or waxing should be done 48 hours before. On the day of the session- arrive with no body lotions, oils or makeup.
Do I need extra caster wheels for the drawer?
No, the Mini Drawer comes with the wheels.
What is the maximum possible load on the drawer?
It is 5 kg.
What company do you use to deliver orders?
Our orders are delivered by the courier company - FedEx.
What is the average shipping time? How fast do your ship orders?
Currently we ship orders the next business day.
Exception: if we need more time to ship any product the information will be included on the product page. Please check DELIVERY section on product pages.
How to request a return?
If you changed your mind and would like to return the order or its part, follow these steps:
1. Contact us via tlc@mokee.eu and confirm your order's number along with the products that you would like to return. If possible, share your reasons for the return, so we will be able to improve our products or service.
2. If the order has been shipped to the United Kingdom and with the value of £49 or higher, we will provide a return label or book the collection.
3. If the order has been delivered to another country other than the United Kingdom or with the value lower than £49, you are obligated to cover the return's cost. We will provide all the details of the return address.
4. Once we receive the return, we will check it, and if everything is satisfactory, we will process the refund/credit within 7 business days at the latest.
5. Please, note that returns are for new, unused, not previously assembled items in their original packaging. Read "Can I return my order?" below to check when you can return the purchase and what the return conditions are.
I cancelled the order, when will I receive the refund?
✓ If you cancel your order before we ship it, we will process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
✓ If you cancel your order after we shipped it, but you did not receive products yet, please, refuse the delivery and contact tlc@mokee.eu.
We will proceed with the refund within 5 business days of receiving the parcel.

Why can’t the Mini Cot be used as a co-sleeper?
Our Mini Cot can’t be used as a co-sleeper (or a shared bed), because it has not been tested for this option and has been tested to EN-716 for baby cots.
