Cancellation + No Show Policy

A valid credit card is required to hold your desired appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so within 24 hours of your set appointment. If this is fails to occur, Aura Lash + Beauty will charge the credit card on file 50% of the total service price.

Aura Lash + Beauty has a no tolerance for no shows. If there is no notice given, Aura Lash + Beauty has the right to charge the credit card on file for 75% of the total service price. No exceptions.

Sick Policy

In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we do ask that if you are sick or are/have been exposed to any illnesses occurring in your home (which includes cold, fever, the flu or any viruses, etc) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. Aura Lash + Beauty reserves the rights to reschedule any appointments of clients who arrive to set appointments with any symptoms of illness. This is for your well being, the artist serving you + other future clients of Aura Lash + Beauty.

Late Policy

We understand, life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will have to be rescheduled. (For brows + sunless spray tans, we will have to reschedule after 5 minutes.) Our days are typically booked back to back with clients. which means that a late client will cause us to be late for tending to the next booked client. We will not “do what we can” in the given time as our work is not to be rushed.
